School Director for Ballet Academy, Studio Ballet, Children’s Program & Adult Ballet; Teacher

Amanda Daly is the Program Director for Arts Dance Center, as well as a teacher and choreographer for the program. Ms. Daly received her training at the California Ballet School in San Diego, and attended summer programs with San Diego Dance Theater and LINES Ballet of San Francisco.

She has been a Corps de Ballet member with the California Ballet Company since 2008, dancing in several feautred roles, such as the Arabian Coffee in The Nutcracker, the Fairy of Eloquence and Red Riding Hood in The Sleeping Beauty, a Lead Wili in Giselle, a Lost Boy in Septime Webre's Peter Pan, and as a soloist in Francisco Gella's Suite Vivaldi. She is also a Rehearsal Director for the California Ballet Company, and has had the privilege of helping to stage such ballet's as Thor Sutowski's full-length Swan Lake, Marius Zirra's Giselle, and Septime Webre's Peter Pan and The Great Gatsby.

Ms. Daly has also choreographed multiple pieces for the California Ballet Company's choreographers' concerts, was an invited guest choreographer for the PGK Project's San Diego Dances, and has co-choreographed The Little MermaidPeter Pan, and Alice in Wonderland with Marie Arts for Del Mar Ballet in San Diego. Studying closely with Marie Arts for several years now, Ms. Daly is excited to bring her experience and passion for teaching and choreography to PADC.
